\u85e5\u7269\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u98a8\u96aa\uff08\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\uff09<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6216\u89aa\u53cb\u540c\u6642\u60a3\u6709\u9019\u5169\u7a2e\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u7279\u5225\u6ce8\u610f\u5df4\u91d1\u68ee\u6c0f\u75c7\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u5c0d\u773c\u58d3\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u6297\u81bd\u9e7c\u85e5\u7269\uff08Anticholinergics\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> Shared Neurodegenerative Nature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parkinson&#8217;s disease primarily involves the loss of dopamine neurons in the brain, while glaucoma is caused by the apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) in the retina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mechanisms of Apoptosis:<\/strong> Both involve mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, and inflammatory responses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Protein Abnormalities:<\/strong> Studies have found abnormal protein deposits (such as \u03b2-synuclein) associated with Parkinson&#8217;s disease in the retinas of some glaucoma patients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. The Key Role of Dopamine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We often think of dopamine only as being related to pleasure or movement in the brain, but <strong>dopamine neurons are also present in the retina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Visual Accommodation:<\/strong> Dopamine in the retina is responsible for regulating contrast sensitivity, color perception, and light adaptation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Interactions:<\/strong> Parkinson&#8217;s disease patients often experience retinal thinning due to a systemic decrease in dopamine levels. This thinning is very similar to the nerve damage caused by glaucoma in clinical imaging, sometimes leading to misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
