class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5df4\u91d1\u68ee\u6c0f\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u57fa\u5e95\u6838\u6703\u767c\u51fa\u932f\u8aa4\u7684\u300c\u7e2e\u5c0f\u300d\u8a0a\u865f\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u8d70\u8def\u6b65\u5e45\u8b8a\u5c0f\u3001\u5beb\u5b57\u8b8a\u5c0f\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul were irreparable, but modern neuroscience has confirmed that the brain possesses <strong>neuroplasticity<\/strong>. For Parkinson&#8217;s disease patients, exercise is not just about physical activity; it&#8217;s more like a &#8220;biosignal&#8221; that directly intervenes in the functioning of the basal ganglia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exercise primarily helps the basal ganglia undergo &#8220;hardware restructuring&#8221; and &#8220;software upgrades&#8221; through the following four key mechanisms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Releasing &#8220;Brain Fertilizer&#8221;: BDNF<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exercise induces the brain to secrete a protein called <strong>brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Function:<\/strong> BDNF acts like a stimulant for nerve cells. It protects existing dopamine neurons from apoptosis and promotes the growth and connection of synapses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Restructuring Effect:<\/strong> In the basal ganglia, BDNF helps damaged neural networks find &#8220;alternative pathways,&#8221; bypassing those damaged neural nodes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
