class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u60a8\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u9ad4\u91cd\u5927\u7d04\u662f\u591a\u5c11\uff1f\u6211\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e6b\u60a8\u7cbe\u7b97\u4e00\u4efd\u66f4\u5177\u9ad4\u7684\u300c\u665a\u9910\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6e05\u55ae\u300d\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u60a8\u5728\u4e0d\u5f71\u97ff\u9694\u5929\u85e5\u6548\u7684\u524d\u63d0\u4e0b\u88dc\u8db3\u71df\u990a\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-tabs-child uagb-tabs__body-container uagb-inner-tab-1\" aria-labelledby=\"uagb-tabs__tab1\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Parkinson&#8217;s disease (PD) patients, protein intake is an &#8220;art of balance.&#8221; Too little protein can lead to muscle loss (sarcopenia), while too much or too little can interfere with the absorption of medications (levodopa).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your current diet is primarily composed of fats and vegetables, to avoid muscle loss, <strong>protein should not be supplemented &#8220;every few days,&#8221; but rather &#8220;consumed regularly and in measured amounts every day.&#8221;<\/strong> The key is the <strong>timing of intake<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Recommended intake frequency: Once a day (concentrated in the evening)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To simultaneously address both &#8220;brain clearing (autophagy)&#8221; and &#8220;muscle maintenance,&#8221; there is a well-known <strong>Protein Redistribution Diet<\/strong> for PD patients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Daytime (Breakfast, Lunch):<\/strong> Maintain your current fat and vegetable diet. This helps maintain low insulin levels, activates <strong>AMPK<\/strong>, and ensures that the effectiveness of medications during the day is not interfered with by amino acids, allowing you to be most agile during the day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Evening (Dinner):<\/strong> Focus on consuming the protein needed for the entire day. The effects of medication are less disrupted at night (as one prepares for sleep), and sleep is the peak period for muscle repair.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Observation Indicators: How to Know if You&#8217;re Eating Enough?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you experience the following this week, it indicates a serious protein deficiency:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Slower Wound Healing:<\/strong> Small scratches take several days to heal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reduced Calf Circumference:<\/strong> Make a circle with your index fingers and thumbs (like a crab ring).
