While it sounds tiring, it actually reflects several key aspects of your brain and metabolic system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since your mood is stable, your hands aren&#8217;t trembling or numb, we can optimize this sleep pattern from the following three angles, aiming to alleviate your &#8220;morning stiffness.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.
